Collection of Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you when you visit and interact with the Site, and when you open and/or click on email communications, as well as if you request to unsubscribe from receiving future email communications from us.
The types of personal information that we collect automatically through the Site include: (i) your IP address; (ii) referring web page; (iii) cookies, beacons, pixel tags, and mobile ad identifiers; and (iv) geolocation data. Our servers automatically recognize your IP address each time you visit the Site and the web page from which you came. Other methods of tracking: An action tag or a web-beacon (also known as a clear gif/pixel tag) is a method used to track responses or actions by visitors who view certain information on the Site. Action tags are 1x1 pixel images embedded in a website page that are used to transparently collect information. We may use action tags to count the number of times that visitors visit the pages of the Site and to provide information about what content is viewed. We reserve the right to retain this cookie and action tag data indefinitely, and to share information generated by these cookies and action tags with our service providers.

You may unsubscribe from any of our email programs at any time via an unsubscribe hyperlink that allows the recipient to unsubscribe from the specific program by clicking the hyperlink provided and following the instructions that follow. This Site is compliant with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act as implemented by the Federal Communications Commission. SMS Terms and Conditions
These Terms apply to text messaging opt-ins for the Strong Island Marketing text messaging program. Our SMS campaign may inform subscribers regarding customer care, account notifications, opt-in/opt-out confirmations, and service updates. Message frequency varies. SMS messaging is available through most major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary. Contact your carrier for details on SMS availability and rates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile subscribers' phone numbers will NEVER be shared or sold to third parties.
Opting-In to the Service
Enrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and agree to these terms and conditions. You are not permitted to enroll if you are under 18 years of age. Strong Island Marketing reserves the right to stop offering the Service at any time, with or without notice. By opting into the Service, you (i) acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase; (ii) confirm that you are the subscriber to the phone number submitted for opt-in and are authorized to opt in; and (iii) consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in.
Charges and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your service agreement or contact your wireless carrier to determine your phone's pricing plan and the charges for sending and receiving text messages.
Stopping Service
To stop receiving text messages from Strong Island Marketing, text the word STOP to any of the text messages you have received. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to you unless you opt back in to the Service.
